BEEF STROGANOFF CASSEROLE

  • 1 (14.5 ?z.) ??n beef broth 
  • 1 tsp. salt 
  • 1/4 t??. pepper 
  • 1 c. sour ?r??m 
  • 1 ?. shredded mozzarella ?h????

  • 1 T. butter, m?lt?d 
  • 1/3 ?. P?nk? bread ?rumb? 
  • 1/3 ?. gr?t?d or ?hr?dd?d Parmesan cheese 
  • 1 T. ?h????d fr??h ??r?l??

  1. Cook n??dl?? ????rd?ng to ???k?g? d?r??t??n?. Dr??n ?nd set ???d?. 
  2. In a large saucepan, m?lt 3 tablespoons butt?r ?v?r m?d?um t? m?d?um-h?gh h??t. Add ?n??n and garlic and saute until limp, ?b?ut 2 t? 3 minutes. Add gr?und b??f ?nd mushrooms. C??k, ?t?rr?ng fr??u?ntl?, until gr?und beef is br?wn?d. 
  3. R?m?v? ??n fr?m heat. St?r in flour. 
  4. Return ??n to heat. St?r in t?m?t? sauce, Burgundy/red wine, beef br?th, ??lt, ?nd pepper. Br?ng a b??l; reduce h??t and ??mm?r, un??v?r?d, f?r 10 m?nut??. 
  5. St?r in sour ?r??m ?nd m?zz?r?ll? ?h????. T??? gr?und beef mixture w?th the ???k?d n??dl??.
