CABBAGE ROLL CASSEROLE

• 1 cup l?ng gr??n wh?t? r??? (uncooked) 
• 2 t?bl?????n? ?l?v? oil 
• 1 medium head gr??n ??bb?g? chopped 
• 1 1/2 ?u?? finely shredded sharp cheddar 
• 1 1/2 cups f?n?l? ?hr?dd?d M?nt?r?? J??k Cheese 

INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Pr?h??t ?v?n to 350 degrees.  S?r?? 9�13 ?n?h ?????r?l? d??h w?th nonstick ???k?ng ??r?? ?r olive oil ??r??. 
2. Br?wn gr?und beef.  Wh?n th? gr?und b??f ?? about h?lfw?? br?wn?d ?dd th? onion; ???k unt?l th? b??f ?? fully br?wn?d. Reduce th? h??t t? l?w.  Add the g?rl?? and ???k f?r 1 minute stirring continuously. Dr??n ?n? ?x???? fat fr?m th? ?k?ll?t. 
3.  Add ???r?k?, ?n??n ??wd?r, cayenne, brown sugar, tomato sauce, beef br?th and r???.  Br?ng th? m?xtur? to a low b??l. Turn t? simmer and ??v?r w?th l?d.  Simmer f?r 20 minutes unt?l r??? is tender.
