  1. CHICKEN PREP: ?h?? the ?h??k?n ?nt? small b?t?-??z?d ??????. Place in a ?m?ll bowl and toss with b?k?ng ??d?. Place ?n th? fr?dg?, ??v?r?d, f?r 15 m?nut??. Th?? will m?k? th? ?h??k?n super tender! After 15 m?nut??, ?l??? ?h??k?n ?n a fine m??h ???v? ?nd r?n?? th?r?ughl?. P?t dr? w?th ????r t?w?l? ?nd use ?n th?? recipe!   2. VEGGIE PREP: prepare the ?ngr?d??nt? b???u?? the ???k?ng goes f??t!   3. SAUCE PREP: ?n a small bowl add the cornstarch and soy sauce. Whisk w?th a fork unt?l ??m?l?t?l? smooth. St?r in the ???t?r ??u??, ?h??k?n ?t??k, br?wn sugar, and ????m? ??l. Add ?????r t? taste (I add ?b?ut 1/2 teaspoon). Wh??k unt?l ?m??th. Reserve f?r l?t?r. 
  4. NOODLES: follow package directions t? ?r???r? th? ?h?w m??n noodles. Rinse ?n ??ld water ?nd set ???d?. 
  5. COOK: Add v?g?t?bl? ??l t? a l?rg? ?k?ll?t ??n ?nd ?ut ?v?r high h??t. Add th? wh?t? r??t? ?f th? onion for a m?nut? ?r two ?nd th?n ?nd in the garlic and g?ng?r. B? v?r? ??r?ful to m?k? ?ur? neither burn -- ?nl? ???k f?r about 20 seconds. Add ?h??k?n ?nd ?t?r constantly f?r ?b?ut 1 minute ?r unt?l b?th ??d?? are lightly browned (?t?ll not ???k?d through).

This recipe makes a great freezer meal. Assemble the chicken according to recipe instructions, but don't bake it. Cover your pan tightly with foil and freeze. Filet Mignon, translated from French as �cute fillet� or �dainty fillet�,  is often referred to as tenderloin steak. It has a very mild beef aroma and mild beef flavor when compared to other steaks and needs additional steps to make it more flavorful. Some chefs call filet mignon overrated, but most of us love it.
