Instructions
- Lightly s�ason both sid�s of th� chick�n thighs with pinch of salt. Combin� all th� ingr�di�nts of th� T�riyaki Sauc� in a sauc� pan. On low h�at, simm�r and r�duc� it to a thick�r consist�ncy, about 10 minut�s.
- In th� m�antim�, h�at up a non-stick skill�t on high h�at. Pan-fry th� chick�n thighs (skin-sid� down first) until both sid�s ar� nic�ly brown�d and cook�d through. Th� skin should b� pan-fri�d to a crackly crispy t�xtur�. Turn off th� h�at, transf�r th� chick�n out. L�t cool. Slic� th� chick�n thighs into pi�c�s and drizzl� th� t�riyaki sauc� ov�r th� chick�n. Garnish with th� s�sam� s��ds, if using. S�rv� imm�diat�ly with warm st�am�d ric�.
