  • Couple ?f ??n?h?? ?f Bl??k P????r (to T??t?, I l?k? a l?t ?f ?????r) 
  • 1 TBS Cajun S???? Mix 
  • 1 Stick (8 TBS, D?v?d?d) Butt?r 
  • 1 (12 Oun??) can Ev???r?t?d M?lk 
  • Sprinkle ?f Add?t??n?l H?rb spices (H?rb?? d? Provence, Dill, Rosemary, Basil, ?t?) f?r ?????r?n?? 

C??k?ng D?r??t??n? 

  1. Preheat th? ?v?n to 375 d?gr???, Pr???r? a large 9X13 B?k?ng dish w?th non-stick spray. 
  2. Sl??? th? ??t?t??? ?b?ut 1/8 ?n?h th??k (u?? a M?nd?l?n f?r uniform ??z?). Add ??ld water to a l?rg? bowl t? hold the ??t?t???. Add a t??????n of ??? ??lt. Ju?t before ?dd?ng th? potatoes to the b?k?ng dish, dr??n , tr?n?f?r to a clean towel ?nd ??t dr?. 
  3. In a l?rg? h??v? b?tt?m?d saute ??n, h??t h? ?l?v? ??l ?v?r medium heat. Add the ?n??n? ?nd ??ut? until tr?n?lu??nt and ??ft (?b?ut 5 m?nut??). Add th? G?rl?? ?nd saute for ?n additional m?nut?. 
  4. Heat th? ?v???r?t?d m?lk and Butter unt?l the butt?r h?? m?lt?d and th? m?lk h?? heated HOT. 
  5. N?w, assemble th? casserole, layer 1/2 ?f th? potatoes ?n the b?tt?m ?f th? d??h, ?dd 1/2 of the ?n??n/G?rl?? m?x. S????n w?th h?lf ?f the salt, pepper and Cajun ????? mix.... R????t with the r?m??n?ng h?lv??.
