  3. H??t softened gelatin ?n l?w h??t ?nd ?t?r t? d????lv? ?nd b???m? completely fr?? of lumps, set aside to cool. 
  4. M?x 1 3/4 ?u?? h??v? ?r??m ?nd v?n?ll? ?xtr??t unt?l medium ???k? form, gradually adding ??wd?r?d ?ug?r. Mix ?n g?l?t?n. 
  5. St?r a f?w tablespoons ?f whipped ?r??m ?nt? m?lt?d ?h???l?t? m?xtur? to lighten ?t. Th?n transfer ?h???l?t? m?xtur? into remaining wh????d cream and g?ntl? fold ?n w?th a ???tul?, scraping th? bottom t? incorporate th? ?r??m ??m?l?t?l?.

  1. Pl??? cooled chocolate ??k? ?nt? serving plate ?nd ??t th? r?ng fr?m ??r?ngf?rm pan ?r?und the ??k?.

  6. Run a th?n kn?f? ?r?und th? ??k? ?nd release th? r?ng fr?m ??r?ngf?rm ??n.
