25-30 dried blue pea flowers (or about 4 - 5 tea bags)
2 � cups of boiling water


LEMON SYRUP (THIS WILL YIELD ABOUT 2 1/2 - 3 CUPS OF SYRUP)


2 cups of lemon juice about 10 - 12 lemons
1 � cups of sugar either white or brown sugar will work
grated lemon zest (from about 4 lemons)
