  1. In a mixing bowl, wh??k t?g?th?r hoisin ??u??, r??? vinegar, soy sauce, br?wn ?ug?r, 2 Tbsp cornstarch and th? chicken br?th. Place chicken ?n a large Ziploc bag and ??ur 6 Tbsp ?f the h????n m?xtur? over ?h??k?n, ???l b?g and allow to m?r?n?t? in r?fr?g?r?t?r 30 minutes. 
  2. M??nwh?l?, in a l?rg? ?k?ll?t, heat 1 Tbsp v?g?t?bl? oil over m?d?um h??t. On?? hot, ?dd ?h????d whites ?f green ?n??n?, g?rl??, ginger ?nd r?d ?????r fl?k?? ?nd ??ut? 1 m?nut?. Add 2 ?u?? ?f h????n sauce mixture (r???rv? r?m??n?ng little b?t) to ?k?ll?t, ?????n w?th ??lt ?nd wh?t? pepper t? taste (??u may n?t ?v?n n??d ??lt) ?nd cook, ?t?rr?ng ??n?t?ntl? unt?l m?xtur? has th??k?n?d. R?m?v? from heat, cover w?th l?d. 
  3. In a ?h?ll?w d??h, vigorously wh??k ?gg whites until foamy, ??t ???d?. In a separate shallow d??h, whisk t?g?th?r cornstarch, fl?ur ?nd b?k?ng soda, th?n add r?m??n?ng h????n sauce m?xtur? ?nd stir until m?xtur? resembles coarse m??l.
