JELLO LEMON BARS RECIPE




INGREDIENTS


1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jell-O gelatin
4 eggs
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup vegetable oil


Icing


2 cups of powdered sugar
2 lemons (juiced)
2 Tablespoons butter (melted)


INSTRUCTIONS


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together the cake mix, jello mix, eggs, water and oil. Beat on medium speed until well blended.
Spray a 9 � 13 inch glass pan
