Instructions
- Optional bl?tz: for ?n extra ?m??th ??u??, ??mb?n? th? M?r?n?d? ingredients (?x???t th? ?h??k?n) ?n a f??d processor ?nd blend until smooth. (I d? not do th??)
- Marinade: C?mb?n? th? M?r?n?d? ?ngr?d??nt? w?th the chicken ?n a b?wl. Cover ?nd r?fr?g?r?t? overnight, or up to 24 hours (minimum 3 hrs).
- Cook chicken: H??t the gh?? (butter ?r oil) ?v?r h?gh heat ?n a l?rg? fry ??n. Take th? ?h??k?n ?ut ?f th? M?r?n?d? but do not wipe ?r ?h?k? ?ff th? marinade fr?m th? chicken (but don't ??ur th? Marinade left in th? b?wl ?nt? th? fr? pan).
- Pl??? ?h??k?n ?n th? fr? pan and ???k for around 3 minutes, or until the ?h??k?n ?? white all ?v?r (?t doesn't r??ll? brown because of th? M?r?n?d?).
- Sauce: Add th? t?m?t? ?????t?, cream, sugar ?nd ??lt. Turn d?wn to low ?nd ??mm?r f?r 20 m?nut??. D? a t??t? t??t to see ?f it needs m?r? ??lt.
