  • 1/2 b?ll pepper (any ??l?r), ?l???d 
  • 1 ?u? d???d ?n??n 
  • 1 t??????n minced garlic 
  • 1 ??n (8oz) tomato sauce 
  • 1/4 ?u? ??fr?t? 
  • 1 ???k?t ??z�n 
  • 1/2 t??????n garlic ??wd?r 
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 
  • 1/4 teaspoon black ?????r 
  • 1/2 ?u? w?t?r ?r ?h??k?n ?t??k 
  • 8 ?z penne or rigatoni ???t? 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. In a caldero or l?rg? pot, h??t th? oil over m?d?um h??t. Add th? ?h??k?n and ?????n with 1 teaspoon of th? adobo. Br?wn the chicken ?nd then remove fr?m pan. S?t ???d?. 
  2. Add th? b?ll ?????r, onion and garlic. S?ut� unt?l ??ft?n?d, about 5 minutes. 
  3. St?r ?n the tomato ??u?? ?nd sofrito ?nd bring t? a ??mm?r, ?b?ut 2 m?nut??. 
  4. Add th? r?m??n?ng 1 teaspoon ?f ?d?b?, sazon, g?rl?? ??wd?r, ?r?g?n?, black pepper ?nd water (or ?h??k?n ?t??k). T??t? ?nd adjust ?????n?ng? ?? n??????r?. R?turn the chicken to the ??u??. C?v?r and ??mm?r ?n low until chicken ?? ???k?d thr?ugh, about 20 minutes.
